This year will mark 30 years since I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes! Let's celebrate with a walk!

This walk is so important in drawing attention to the amazing people that live with this illness every day and those who dedicate their lives to helping those living with it!!

Why walk? To help raise funds for life-changing T1D research, and ultimately turn type 1 into type NONE.

T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed with it every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break, and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
