Our little T1 warrior

This March I’m walking for my T1 warrior son Ronan. He was diagnosed last year in April just before his 2nd birthday. It has completely turned his and our world upside down. Our brave little man continues to show up everyday and thrive despite the multiple injections a day, the CGM changes, the finger pricks, and 3am juices. We pray that one day our boy will see a cure!

I'm walking for a world without type 1 diabetes in Illawarra!

I'm joining the world's largest type 1 diabetes (T1D) fundraising event for my son Ronan and other T1D families at Reddall Reserve this March!

Why? To help raise $1.1 million for life-changing T1D research, and ultimately turn type 1 into type NONE.

T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break, and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
