Hi friends!
I'd love your support for a cause that's close to my heart. I’ve signed up for Breakthrough T1D’s One Walk, the world’s largest type 1 diabetes (T1D) fundraising event for families.

For background, T1D is a life-long autoimmune condition where the body stops producing insulin - the hormone that regulates blood glucose levels. Without insulin, blood glucose levels can rise to dangerous levels, which can be life-threatening.
People with T1D must manually dose insulin through injections or an insulin pump, every single day, with no breaks and no time off. It’s constant, 24/7 management.
