My name is Dylan,
And I’m joining the T1D walk so many like myself who live and deal with diabetes every day can hope to see a future without it.
The amount of effort people like many have to put in day through day is crazy. Everything we do has to be thought about wether it’s exercise, where were going and especially every time we eat.
I hope that many will join me at the walk to help make a difference to hopefully reach a world with no T1D
