I'm walking for a world without type 1 diabetes in Wangaratta!

Miller my daughter was diagnosed at 18 months of age with Type 1 diabetes.

We have attended the One Walk each year since her diagnosis and this year we are stepping it up a notch and hosting our very own One Walk in Wangaratta!

Regional Victoria are limited in their access to medical assistance in managing this chronic illness and often require travel to Melbourne.

T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break, and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
