My beautiful daughter Beth Taylor was diagnosed at 5 🥹 lucky for me, Beth is so amazing and took it all in her stride. All the struggles, the late nights, early mornings, trying to get the numbers right, so many needles, finger pricks, pump fails, overdosing on lollies, feeling crap, doing it again, over and over, day in, day out, never having any relief from it, never being able to not worry about it, not being able to do anything to help. I wish I could take it from Beth so she can just live her life.

I'm walking for a world without type 1 diabetes in Riverland!

I'm joining the world's largest type 1 diabetes (T1D) fundraising event for families at Barmera Play Space this March!

Why? To help raise $1.1 million for life-changing T1D research, and ultimately turn type 1 into type NONE.

T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed with it every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break, and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.
