One Walk 2026

Hi Everyone,

Our youngest daughter Addie was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes last April, a month before her 6th Birthday.

Type ONE Diabetes is an Autoimmune disease that comes out of nowhere and attacks the pancreas and its ability to produce insulin for the body’s needs. Addie will need to inject insulin and monitor her blood glucose levels multiple times a day for the rest of her life. 

It is not caused by diet.
It is not preventable. 
There is no cure. 

YET!!!

That’s what this walk is about, a chance to raise funds for medical research so hopefully one day an easier way of life for Addie and all the other Type 1 warriors is possible 💙
