In 2025, our families life was turned upside down with 2 Type 1 diabetes diagnoses within 6 weeks. Meg (Mum, 38yo) and Willow (baby of the family, 2yo)

T1D, we have quickly learned, is a condition that requires 24/7 management and work, lots of worry and a rock solid team of support. There is no cure and we are now adjusting to a life that has changed overnight.

We’d love to join the other incredible and strong families affected by T1D on the OneWalk event, to raise funds and awareness for this important and often misunderstood condition.
