I'm walking for a world without type 1 diabetes in Perth!

I told Max about the walk and he responded with â€œI missed it last year because I had COVID, Iâ€™m heaps fitter now so Iâ€™m going to win it this year, those other diabetic kids donâ€™t stand a chance.â€ Â

He obviously missed the point of the WALK (description Â below) but I didnâ€™t tell him otherwise, because itâ€™s funny as hell.

I'm joining the world's largest type 1 diabetes (T1D) fundraising event for families at Burswood ParkÂ this March!

Why? To help raise $1.1 million for life-changing T1D research, and ultimately turn type 1 into type NONE.
