I'm walking for a world without type 1 diabetes in Central Coast!
I'm joining the world's largest type 1 diabetes (T1D) fundraising event for families at Davistown Waterfront this March!Why? To help raise $1.1 million for life-changing T1D research, and ultimately turn type 1 into type NONE.
T1D can strike anyone at any time, and 8 Australians are diagnosed with it every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break, and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy.

This beautiful girl pictured is my daughter’s best friend Kiara and Kiara was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at a very young age and i couldn’t be more prouder of the way she controls and looks after her self with the very important help of her amazing mum Melissah .. Kiara actually has so much support from so many people , her network of friends always look at for her when she at school etc
This past year her mum was able to let Kiara go and experience so many more things knowing she has support from her friends and also 2 amazing school teachers…
We are all proud Kiara … ?? and we e will walk beside her to show are respect and support and love for her ??
